While you shop online, you can view product details on every item before adding it to your shopping cart. The dimensions for each product are listed in its item description.
You can check and modify your shopping cart as often as you want before going on to the payment portal.
In the event that one or more ordered items are no longer available, we will notify you by email. If you do not receive an unavailability notice, all ordered items will be shipped according to the shipping method you chose when you completed your online order.
We reserve to the right to refuse to process any order made through the website. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel purchased quantities by person, by household or by order. In such a case where an order is modified or cancelled, we will communicate with you by email and/or through the billing address or phone number provided when the order was initially placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, seem to have been placed by merchants, resellers or distributors, or orders seeming to have been placed simultaneously due to a technical issue.
ONLINE PAYMENT SOLUTIONS THROUGH PAYPAL
During the payment process, you will be redirected to PayPal’s online payment solution, on PayPal’s secure site. The payment will then be preauthorised on PayPal’s secure site. Note that we do not have access, nor do we store any credit card information from any transaction. The only information we are provided with is the transaction result.
Please note that when a user first creates a duly registered PayPal account, your bank may not immediately authorise the payment; a 10-15 business day delay may be necessary. If this happens, your order will also be delayed. Your order will be shipped only once PayPal allows us to finalise the payment.
Please note that coffee bags are not taxable goods; however, accessories and shipping costs are.
The taxes applied to your order comply with the applicable rates according to federal and provincial tax laws, depending on the delivery address associated with your order. Where appropriate, taxes will also be applied to shipping and handling costs.
If you return an item for a refund, the taxes paid for this item will also be refunded. However, you will not be refunded for taxes paid on shipping and handling costs for this item, as these costs are non-refundable once the parcel has been shipped.

REFUND OR EXCHANGE
You may exchange any items within thirty (30) days, or return for refund within fifteen (15) days following the arrival of your order, so long as the merchandise returned is in its original state: unwashed, unused, unmodified and in its original packaging. Please communicate with us by email (email@example.com) before shipping items back to us, and note that shipping costs for returns are assumed by the client.

MODIFICATION OF THE INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE
The dates listed for offers, prices and availability of items featured in the online store can change without notice. We work hard to post an accurate inventory. However, it is possible that an item, a type of coffee or an accessory would be unavailable in our inventory when we process your order. In that case, the whole order may be cancelled or an item may not be delivered.
Although we try to display accurate information, we reserve the right to revise an incorrect price or item description and to cancel or refuse an order for items with an incorrect price or description.
