LpB – La p’tite Brûlerie is a micro roaster and a coffee shop located in the picturesque small town of Deschambault, along the St. Lawrence River in Quebec, Canada. In 2010, Melanie Gagne fell in love with the place and dreamed of creating a cozy community-gathering spot, focused on specialty coffee. Since 2011, we have been roasting 100% organic and fair trade specialty coffees, selling it here in our lovely coffee shop, online and with wholesale partners across the province. We love what we do, we love our location, and we love sharing it with you!

All of our coffees are ethically sourced, certified organic and carefully roasted to enhance their high quality and aromatic profiles. The green beans are bought from Cooperative Coffees, a group of roasters who keep fair, long term and transparent relationships with small specialty producers around the world. We believe and work every day to apply awareness and sustainable practises in every aspect of our business. LpB – La p’tite Brûlerie is also involved in building a strong community by taking part in local initiatives – such as public market, “buy local” campaign, food-industry committees and joint tourism promotion.
